2. Pricing and Payments
- Fares are based on distance, time, type of vehicle, and applicable taxes.
- Prices may vary based on traffic conditions and route changes.
- We offer affordable taxi services with transparent pricing.
- All payments must be made via accepted online or cash modes.
3. User Responsibilities
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and avoid damaging vehicles.
- Illegal or unsafe activities during the ride are strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for securing personal belongings.
4. Driver Conduct
- All drivers are verified, trained, and monitored to ensure a safe and reliable cab service.
- Drivers have the right to refuse service to intoxicated or abusive customers.
5. Liability
- Premji Cabs is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not take responsibility for items lost during the ride (though we’ll do our best to recover them).

Premji Cabs may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our taxi booking service implies acceptance of updated terms.
7. Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be governed under the jurisdiction of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
