Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Premji Cabs, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Local rides: Free cancellation up to 2 Hours before the scheduled time.
  • Outstation rides: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the pickup time.
  • A small fee may apply for late cancellations to compensate driver dispatch costs.

2. Cancellation by Premji Cabs

  • We may cancel rides due to vehicle unavailability, driver health, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
  • A full refund or alternative ride will be offered in such cases.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds for prepaid bookings are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

4. No-show Policy

  • If a customer fails to show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup, the ride will be marked as a no-show.
  • No refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Booking Modifications

  • Changes in route or destination may result in fare adjustments.
  • Please contact support if you need to reschedule your cab service.
